We are a Christian non-profit, supported by churches and church organizations, working alongside South Sudanese friends and church partners in rural communities, in education, health, clean water, food security and peace.
We have been in partnership with our South Sudanese friends and church partners for over 30 years. Our vision is to create inclusive communities of faith that transform society and cross social, ethnic, political and geographic boundaries.

What we do
Our priorities were set by our South Sudanese partners more than 30 years ago.
Christian Education
Priority 1
Biblical training for pastors, elders, and deacons.
- Prospective pastors receive scholarships to study at Nile Theological College.
- “Theological Education by Extension” trains congregation leaders and future leaders.
- “Peace through Evangelism” is our program for reaching youth and youth leaders.
- “Talking Bibles” in the local language are a major resource for local training.
Educate the Children
Priority 2
At the time, there was no education available.
- We supported the re-establishment of the church primary school, The Kondako Primary School, and we continue to support it financially.
- We established the Shalom Education Program for Orphans in the Kakuma Refugee Camp.
- In progress: supporting the re-establishment of the Pibor Secondary School, beginning with the 2027 school year.
Raise the Standard
Priority 3
Raise the Standard of Living of the Community
- Health and sanitation programs, including the recent establishment of a Nurse-Midwife Clinic for maternity care. This is critically important in a community with no formal health care.
- Water sanitation, well repair, and agricultural programs that help families grow more, improve nutrition, and become food independent.
Health
Health and sanitation programmes, including support for maternity care, in communities where the nearest clinic can be a day’s walk away.
